The Instructors at Kaizen Farm are experienced horse people who work hard to keep their students safe and provide a fun learning environment. Learn more about them below.

Kim

Beloved founder of Kaizen. A dynamic horsewoman who gave her all in everything she did. Kim passed after a battle with cancer on December 10th, 2023. Our instructors below continue on in hopes of preserving her legacy.

Larissa

Teaches weekly lessons and enjoys riding Felix.

Jamie

Enjoys being around kids and is our Short Boots instructor. She rides Cinderella.

Elizabeth

Teaches weekly lessons and enjoys riding Artesia.
